The mini course has five parts with video content of about 18 minutes.
There are nine exercises at five to ten minutes each, giving you a total course time of about 60 to 100 minutes.
The course also includes a workbook to take notes for each exercise and a spreadsheet template that can be used to list your goals.
We will discuss what differentiates goals from dreams (or big ideas, visions, things you want). We define goals, habits, and bucket lists and we will have a detailed look into the planning process. Then we talk about the power of meaningful goals and lastly how to define goals well.
